Peonies palette knife workshop

This Saturday 13th October was the last palette knife workshop of 2018 when we painted peonies in oils. New dates are in the pipeline and I hope to have confirmation for two Saturday's in February 2019 very soon. Find out more about the workshops here. Art heist 😭 in the Gallery ....at around 2 a.m. this morning some scumbag broke the window of the gallery and stole a painting and other items. I hope they are enjoying their cuppa this morning from the Skerries mugs.....not!

Skerries Harbour

Gallery is closed today as Skerries Mills is shut due to a power cut.   Business as usual tomorrow. (hopefully 🌦️🍃💨). Summer holiday

Finally off on holidays and our first stop is always 🥘 paella and a nice crianza. Plenty of fab restaurants in Lanzarote to choose from and we were not disappointed for our first meal.

Loughshinny Harbour

Painting today on Loughshinny Beach with the newly formed Boathouse Plein Air Group.     Fabulous location for our first paint out.     Very cold and windy but that didn't stop us.   A lovely bowl of chowder in the Harbour Bar in Rush warmed us up quickly.   Our next paint out is Skerries Harbour, 4th April (weather permitting) See more available paintings here. This is me and my BF, Michelle at the Dublin Plein Air Festival 2017, enjoying a paint out at Howth Harbour. In deep concentraton, getting the paint on the canvas!
